Crepes can do a lot of things, but one thing I've been wanting to try out for a long time is this breakfast stuffed crepe that's pan-fried to crispy perfection and loaded with a good ol' fashion american breakfast spread. It can be customized to your liking and stuffed with whatever you can come up with and for that reason this recipe has a million a one variants to look forward to.
