Bunk’d Double Chocolate Chip Cake

Double Chocolate Chip Cake:
INGREDIENTS
2 c AP Flour
1 c cocoa powder
2 t baking powder
1 ½ t baking powder
¾ t cinnamon
½ t salt
2 c sugar
1 c brown sugar
6 eggs, room temp
½ c coffee
3t vanilla
1 ½ c sour cream
½ c vegetable oil
1 c mini chocolate chips, coat in flour
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 325°F
In a large bowl whisk together flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon, brown sugar, granulated sugar, salt
In a mixer add eggs, coffee, vegetable oil, vanilla extract and sour cream.
Add dry mix one cup at a time until well incorporated.
Coat chocolate chips with flour & fold into batter.
Prepare 2-6” pans and 2-8” with baking spray & parchment paper circles.
Bake cake for 20-30 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Once cakes are cooled frost and enjoy.

Frosting
INGREDIENTS
1 c unsalted butter
2 c powdered sugar
1T vanilla
INSTRUCTIONS
In a clean mixer bowl cream butter and add vanilla until well blended.
Add powdered sugar in one cup at a time.
