Bet you've never seen a snow day quite like this! Bakers Ava & Mia created this gravity-defying hot chocolate cake on this week's episode of "Disney's Magic Bake-Off," just in time for the holidays.

Hot Chocolate Cake with Marshmallow Filling and Peppermint Buttercream recipe -

Hot Chocolate Cake:
INGREDIENTS
3 c flour
3 c granulated sugar
1 ½ c cocoa powder
1 ½ t baking powder
1 T baking soda
1 ½ t kosher salt
4 eggs
1 ½ c buttermilk
½ c vegetable oil
2 t vanilla
1 ½ c hot water
1 packet of hot cocoa
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven at 350
In a mixer with whisk attachment, mix together flour, sugar, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, sugar, salt and packet of hot cocoa on low speed until combined.
On low speed add in eggs, oil, vanilla, and buttermilk.
Carefully add hot water. Mix until all combined.
Prepare 2-6” pans and 2-8” with baking spray & parchment paper circles.
Bake cake for 20-30 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean.

Marshmallow Fluff Filling:
INGREDIENTS
1 c softened butter
1 jar marshmallow fluff
2 t vanilla
3 c powdered sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
With a paddle attachment and a clean bowl on your mixer whip together softened butter, marshmallow fluff, vanilla, and powdered sugar. Till smooth.
Once cakes are cooled, fill with marshmallow filling and frost outside with peppermint buttercream.

Peppermint Buttercream:
INGREDIENTS
2 c softened butter
3 c powdered sugar
1 t peppermint extract
½ t vanilla extract
Pinch of salt
1 T heavy cream
INSTRUCTIONS
In a mixer bowl cream butter and add peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and salt until well blended.
Add powdered sugar in one cup at a time.
Add heavy cream and mix till smooth
