Mexican Hot Chocolate! ☕️🍫

This weeks video was filmed a while back and never shared, so We figured right about now is the perfect time of year for a cosy hot chocolate recipe here!

I take inspiration for this from the good pal Lily Ramirez-Foran from picadomexican.com - Ireland's first dedicated online Mexican grocer.

The tool We use here is called a 'molinillo', made of turned wood. It is used to whisk or stir Mexican drinking chocolate. It is spiced with caramel and cinnamon flavours, is sweet, granular and traditionally presented in hard discs or tablets.
