Ingredients:

400g rice flour
360g plant-based milk
80g oil
180g beet sugar
15g houjicha powder
2 tsp baking powder
100g dates
100g cashew nuts

Instructions:

1. combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
2. transfer the mixture into a cake tin.
3. bake at 180C/356F for 45 minutes.
4. Enjoy!
