Hiya friends πŸ‘‹πŸΌIt’s been a hot minute since I posted an over the top orgasmic brekky bowl on here πŸ™ƒSo as its #nationalsexysmoothiebowlday today ( Sorry I made that shit up but it sounded good πŸ˜‚) I thought I’d treat ya taste buds to this blueberry and acai smoothie with a creamy coconut chia pudding and some cheeky bliss balls on top. Coz I’m nice like that. The rest of the time I’m a sarcastic asshole 😈 So if your looking for someone or something to spoon πŸ₯„ then this might just be it πŸ˜‰ .Recipe to serve 2Smoothie:2 cups frozen blueberries 2 tbs acai powder1 banana1 cup coconut water Handful spinachBlend until smooth.Coconut Chia pudding 1/4 cup chia seeds1 cup coconut milk2 tbs unsweetened desiccated coconut2 tbs maple syrup ( can sub stevia ) 1/2 tsp vanilla bean paste 1/4 cup coconut yogurtFirst soak your chia seeds in the coconut milk with the vanilla and leave to soak for an hour giving a good stir half way though. Then add the remaining ingredients and stir really well. Allow to soak another hour or overnight for a thicker pudding.
