1 tsp olive oil
2 tsp maple syrup
Good grinding of fresh black pepper
6 free range eggs, whisked
2 tsp double cream
20g/ ¼ stick unsalted butter, plus extra to spread
30g/ ⅓ cup cheddar cheese, grated

1 large avocado, sliced
