Ingredients:
2 whole egg (1 used for breading)
2 cups bread crumbs
4 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tbsp chopped thyme
(1 whole egg for breading)
1 cup ap flour
salt and pepper to taste


2 cups fresh asparagus trim (chopped asparagus)
1 cup water
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar (or lemon juice)
1 tbsp onion powder
1 cup asparagus spears, sliced
2 tbsp olive oil
salt and pepper to taste

vegetable oil for frying

herbs to garnish, carrot tops, baby Swiss chard, parsley, fennel sprigs, etc..
